Sponsorship Oppurtunities

Weekly Power Player Poll Sponsorship - $150/season – Introduced in 2008, our weekly Power Player Poll is a new favorite.  Each week, the top 6 players for the week across all our leagues are selected for the poll.  Visitors to the site compare the stats and vote for their favorite candidate, with the winner getting coverage on our home page for the week and a place on our list of champions.  The sponsor for this feature will be able to name the weekly award and have their banner ad placed on the voting page as well as the past winners page.

Player of the Year Sponsorship - $150/season – In 2008 BGSD.com also introduced the Player of the Year award.  Using both statistical analysis and human judgment, the player determined to have had the greatest season among all his peers is given the title Player of the Year.  This award is given to the top athlete in each division (Men, Women, Coed) at the end of the summer season.  The sponsor for this feature will be able to name the weekly award and have their banner ad placed on the voting page as well as the past winners page.

Basketball League Player of the Week Sponsorship - $50/season – This award works the same as our Softball Player of the Week. This package allows you to sponsor the Basketball award for all our basketball leagues in both Fall and Winter seasons of basketball.

Advertising Rates - April through August*

Softball Stats Banner - $175/month – Your banner ad (728x90) displayed at the top of our Softball front page and each individual league’s statistics pages.  The Softball front page is the most frequently visited section on the site; pages in this section are viewed on average 50,000 times per month.

Global Skyscraper - $150/month – Your skyscraper ad (120x600) will appear immediately below our left navigation on each subsection’s page.  This is an above-the-fold position that generates 55,000 to 60,000 impressions per month.  We also allow 120x240 vertical banner ads in this location.

Home Page Skyscraper - $50/month – Your skyscraper ad (120x600) displayed immediately below our navigation on the home page.  This is an above-the-fold position that generates 10,000 to 15,000 impressions per month.  We also allow 120x240 vertical banner ads in this location.

Home Page Large Rectangle - $50/month – Another above-the-fold position (300x200) that generates 10,000 to 15,000 impressions per month.

Home Page Auxiliary Ad - $15/month – Located on our home page below our Large Rectangle.  This ad will appear above-the-fold for approximately 50% of al visitors. Ideally, ads in this spot will measure 300x100 pixels.
